If you want to know all open ports in your system you need to run command in DOS.
netstat command can help to know about all open ports in your system. There are lot of parameter can be used by netstat command to filter.

Microsoft dos netstat command provides

Code:
NETSTAT [-a] [-b] [-e] [-n] [-o] [-p proto] [-r] [-s] [-v] [interval]

if you are using
Quote:

netstat -a

It will display all connections and listening ports in your running machine.
Quote:

netstat -n

it will display addresses and port numbers in numerical form of your machine.

You can also use two parameter together or more than 2 to know open ports

e.g.
Code:

netstat -an

If you still want to know more about each parameter
you can take help

Quote:
netstat /?

This command will give you lot of help in details about open ports.
