NetStat command is enough to give you whole information about opened port in your computer or server. You can even use third party software to check open port in your computer. But i think netstat command even give you all port information easily.

If you want to know about 80 port which is belong to http protocol, so it will not show you in number like 80. It will give you output at netstat command with computerName:http

command to see port of http 80

Quote:
netstat -a

if your apache or 80 port is running then output

Quote:
Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP computerName:http computerName:0 LISTENING
TCP computerName:epmap computerName:0 LISTENING
TCP computerName:microsoft-ds computerName:0 LISTENING
TCP computerName:3306 computerName:0 LISTENING

if http or 80 port is not working or running then

Quote:
Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP computerName:epmap computerName:0 LISTENING
TCP computerName:microsoft-ds computerName:0 LISTENING
TCP computerName:3306 computerName:0 LISTENING
