    The HTML dir tag is used to define directory listing.

    Dir tag is deprecated by HTML 4.01 DTD version, and dir tag cannot use with Strict DTD.

    Instead of dir tag should use ul tag

    Dir tag is supported by all web browsers. These web browsers are Internet explorer, firefox, opera, google chrome.

    Dir tag supports all common attributes and event attributes.
